Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Studiq mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using Studiq you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Studiq. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at studiq.help.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the notes, photos, PDFs, lecture recordings, and other materials you upload or create in Studiq ("Your Content"). By using the app you grant Studiq a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell or share Your Content with third parties for advertising purposes.
Studiq uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, flashcards, chat responses, and transcripts ("AI Content"). AI Content is provided for study assistance only and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying AI Content before relying on it for academic, professional, or any other purpose. Studiq is not liable for errors in AI-generated output.
Certain features require a Studiq Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchase on a monthly or annual basis. All billing, renewals, and refund requests are governed by Apple's App Store terms. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to: (a) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app; (d) use automated tools to scrape or overload our services; or (e) share your account with others.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the app you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studiq and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
